What you'll do:

• Design and build full-stack systems from blank repo to production deployment
• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and automation into real business workflows
• Work directly with clients to understand their operations and translate to technical specs
• Deploy, monitor, and iterate on live systems used by real teams daily
• Own the entire lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation

What we're looking for:

• Strong in Node.js and/or Python with production experience
• Comfortable with LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models)
• Database design (PostgreSQL, SQLite, Redis)
• Can own a project solo and ship without hand-holding
• Clear communicator who can talk to non-technical clients

Design and implement intelligent automation for operations workflows. Build systems that process, classify, extract, and decide at scale.

What you'll do:

• Build RAG pipelines, document processing systems, and classification engines
• Fine-tune models for domain-specific tasks in regulated industries
• Deploy inference systems that run reliably at production scale
• Design anomaly detection, decision-support, and automated review tools
• Work across healthcare, finance, legal, and education verticals

What we're looking for:

• Production ML experience (not just notebooks and Kaggle)
• Strong Python, familiarity with PyTorch, transformers, LangChain or similar
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems
• Understanding of evaluation metrics and model monitoring in production
• Bonus: experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal)

Map client workflows, identify automation leverage points, and translate operational pain into technical specs engineers can build from.

What you'll do:

• Lead discovery calls and operational deep-dives with clients
• Document current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks and waste
• Produce technical specifications and system requirement documents
• Work with engineers to validate solutions match real operational needs
• QA delivered systems against original operational requirements

What we're looking for:

• Background in operations, consulting, or process engineering
• You understand how businesses actually run, not how they say they run
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Comfortable talking to executives and front-line operators equally
• Bonus: experience with Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, or systems thinking

• Build relationships with operations leaders, CTOs, and COOs
• Manage the pipeline from first contact through signed SOW
• Collaborate with engineering to scope proposals and define engagement terms
